CANCELLATION POLICY






Your appointment is very important to me and is reserved especially for you. Sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and life happens; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes made to your appointment.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance via automated text and phone calls. I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.
- Less than 24 hour notice of change to appointment will result in a re-booking fee equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
- “NO SHOWS” will be charged a re-booking fee 100% of the reserved service amount and after two no shows client will no longer be able to book appointments.
- Any multiple services or services totaling $100 or more must have a card on file at time of booking. If such appointments are not cancelled 24 hours in advance the card on file will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.
-To respect other clients time and to maintain a schedule if you are 15 minutes or later for an appointment you will be asked to reschedule and required to pay 50% re-booking fee of service missed.
